Sophia plays an important role as The Gardner Team’s full-time Marketing and Office Assistant. She works directly alongside the owner and Principal Broker Jason Gardner, in addition to Amber Gardner, the team’s Office and Marketing Director. Sophia’s focus is office, agent and listing support where she helps with creating engaging lifestyle, community, and real estate content for social media, while maintaining the strategy and goals of the team to ensure Gardner Team Real Estate and our homes stay top-of-mind. Sophia assists Mason Gardner and jumps into creative concepts with our Executive Assistant Kristen Mann as needed. Sophia enjoys coordinating our pop-by gifts, has a key role in our seasonal community events, and contributes to maintaining the office flow and culture every single day. Her contributions both enhance agent support and elevate the client experience at every turn, and her joyful presence makes her a valuable asset to the team as she’s the face that greets and directs everyone who walks through the door.

With a deep passion for real estate, Sophia Silici joined Gardner Team Real Estate as a spring/summer intern in 2024. Within three months, her dedication and drive earned her a full-time role. And year two, she was promoted to Office and Marketing Assistant where she continues to expand her knowledge, refine her skills, and gain hands-on experience in various areas of marketing, social media, office administration and observes the world of real estate with a front row seat. An immersive experience providing her with a realistic perspective on the dedication and commitment required to succeed in real estate. Proudly holding her Oregon Real Estate License, Sophia is deepening her role, creating a pathway that will prepare her for other vital opportunities and positions within the team.

A Sherwood native and 2023 Sherwood High School graduate, Sophia demonstrated leadership and team spirit as captain of the Varsity Arrows Dance Team. When she’s not contributing her talents at the office, she can be found at the gym, a country music concert, or cheering on her boyfriend at a Linfield football game.
