What does a Transaction Coordinator do? They work adjacent to your agent all throughout your transaction. A liaison to all parties, they are at the helm of sorting contracts, processing paperwork, scheduling contractors and inspections, communicating with the lender, and helping with the logistics at every stage – alongside your agent. From every detail, to every deadline, our specialized Gardner Team Real Estate trained Transaction Coordinator ensures Jason and our team can provide more attention and customer service, ensuring thatevery transaction runs as smooth as possible.
