Everyone at Gardner Real Estate was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, and so very enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect home. I had a really narrow focus on what would work for me (on top of a pandemic and housing shortage) and when I found my home, their negotiation skills helped me make that dream come true. I worked most closely with Aaron, and he patiently gave me tours of many homes in the Sherwood area, knew how to see the value in them, and what would not be worth investing in. Both Aaron and Jason helped teach me how to become a homebuyer and answered all my questions, and were very responsive and generous with their time. The Portland market is hot and competitive. It takes a real estate professional like Jason who goes beyond all expectations to land a home. It was a weekly race to showings and quick turnarounds for offers, and Jason was there for us in all of it. He never loses steam. Jason's knowledge and passion for his work alongside his determination to help his clients is so impressive. Between Jason and his team we always knew where we were in the schedule leading up to closing and he had fantastic resources for mortgage lending, inspections, electrical and plumbing contractors, utility transfers and more. Once we decided on a home, Jason was quick to get our offer in. After being out bid on more than one listing Jason helped us make an offer on our current home that the seller couldn’t pass up. My wife and I hired The Gardner Team to sell our first home and help buy a new one in April 2019. It's been almost a year and they are STILL checking in with us.
