As Jason Gardner’s Licensed Executive Assistant, Kristen provides a streamlined experience for clients behind the scenes. She is praised for her precise coordination, clear communication, and outstanding organizational support – ensuring every detail is professionally managed from contract to close.

Kristen has been with the Gardner Team since 2020 and holds her Oregon real estate license. In her role, she works closely with members of the Gardner Team, and clients, managing buyer- and seller-side contracts, coordinating timelines, scheduling inspections, organizing contractor access, communicating with lenders and escrow officers, and handling various responsibilities that support a shared goal for operational excellence in order to deliver the elevated, client-first experience Gardner Team Real Estate is known for. As a core team member, Kristen has a deep understanding of our systems, processes, values, and client care standards. Known for her attention to detail, calm under pressure, and commitment to delivering on every promise, she plays an essential role in the success of each transaction. She also lends her creative talents and operational savvy to Amber and the marketing team when it comes time for client and community events.

Kristen earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon with cum laude honors. She is also a Sherwood High School Valedictorian, bringing both local insight and a history of academic distinction to her work. In her free time, you’ll find her with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, enjoying family time and new adventures.
