Sophia Silici joins Gardner Team Real Estate as a spring/summer seasonal intern. With a deep desire to explore a career path in the industry, she has a front-row seat to the day-in-the-life of a top-performing Realtor and his team. Being exposed to the fundamentals of dynamic marketing, company branding, office culture, business administration, client appreciation, community service, time management, creating consistency, workflow, and witnessing firsthand the daily grind and various hats worn by one of Oregon’s top-producing Principal Brokers, she will be well-primed when the time is right to embark on school to obtain her Oregon real estate license.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and seasoned professionals on the team, Sophia’s primary responsibilities include crafting engaging lifestyle and community content for our social media platforms, helping the company stay at top-of-mind by creating and delivering pop-by gifts, assisting the marketing team with community events, along with a myriad of important tasks and responsibilities that help maintain the flow of office operations to support our agents.

Sophia’s ultimate ambition is to become a Realtor on a busy real estate team. Supported by mentorship, proven systems, and processes around her, she aims to focus on guiding clients through the journey of homeownership, helping them realize their dreams of finding the perfect place to call home.

A Sherwood native and proud alumni of Sherwood High School, Class of 2023, Sophia demonstrated her leadership skills and joyful personality as a captain of the Varsity Arrows Dance Team. When she’s not contributing her talents and infectious energy in the office, she can be found crafting the perfect cup of coffee at Dutch Bros in Sherwood, where she continues to hone her customer service and multi-tasking skills.

Outside of work, Sophia enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring local eateries, indulging in retail therapy at her favorite shops, and creating lasting memories. She is thrilled to be part of the Gardner Team and is enthusiastic about the opportunities and experiences that lie ahead in discovering a path towards a real estate career.
