Kristen Hodge serves in a hybrid role here at The Gardner Team as Jason’s Executive Assistant. Her daily focus is Listing & Transaction Coordination, while providing creative insight to the marketing team where you’ll find her working closely with both Jason Gardner, the Managing Principal Broker & Owner of The Gardner Team, along with Amber Gardner, The Marketing and Office Director.
Kristen is the first face you’ll see at our office, working full-time behind the scenes from our Sherwood real estate office. Putting her keen eye to the test as she helps manage transaction paperwork while keeping the process running as smooth as possible so our clients can enjoy the excitement and anticipation of their purchase and/or sale. Kristen is friendly, professional, customer service orientated, a quick study and a savvy multi-tasker who prides herself in organizing workflows, deadlines and details. Her talents also include great style and creativity which will also be infused into the overall client experience. She looks forward to being a resource to all parties, providing quick and timely updates and responses to questions or concerns, along with helping us deliver beautiful marketing and delightful details throughout our client and community events.
Kristen also competed real estate schooling and obtained her Oregon license to best serve those we represent. Her background also includes receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in June 2020 from the University of Oregon with Cum Laude Honors where she was on the Dean’s List in the Fall 2016, Fall 2018, Winter 2018, and Spring 2019. Her coursework was Contemporary Media, The Artist Experience, Honors General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, and Instrumental Analysis. She also took a course in real estate during college, having an interest working somewhere within the real estate industry. Born and raised in the Sherwood area, Kristen also offers personal experience as a “local” to better serve our clients and the communities we serve.
When not working, you can find Kristen enjoying the outdoors or spending time with family, friends or her two beautiful Bernese Mountain dogs, Mac and Murphy. Having come to us by high recommendation from friends and clients, we are thrilled to add Kristen’s skillsets, talents and enthusiasm to our team.
