Kristen Hodge is a detail-oriented and deadline-driven professional, who joined The Gardner Team in the fall of 2020. As the Executive Assistant to Jason Gardner, owner of Gardner Team Real Estate, she leverages her organizational skills in many areas of office operations as she serves in her primary role as the  Listing & Transaction Coordinator  for Gardner Team Real Estate. Her artistic flair and insightful approach significantly enhance our team, clients, and community as well. Together with Amber Gardner, Marketing and Office Director, she’s assists with annual fundraising logistics, notably the annual Christmas Cottage and Easter Bunny House, where she’s been instrumental in helping the company raise and donate nearly $150,000 to the Sherwood Community.

If you’ve been by our Sherwood real estate office, you’ll find Kristen is the first face you’ll see. Working full-time behind the scenes with the rest of our support team, Kristen is always putting her keen eye to the test as she helps manage transaction paperwork while keeping the process running as smooth as possible so our clients can enjoy the excitement and anticipation of their purchase and/or sale. Kristen is friendly, professional, customer service orientated, a quick study and a savvy multi-tasker who prides herself in organizing workflows, deadlines and details. Her talents also include great style and creativity which will also be infused into the overall client experience. She looks forward to being a resource to all parties, providing quick and timely updates and responses to questions or concerns, along with helping us deliver beautiful marketing and delightful details throughout our client and community events.

Kristen also competed real estate schooling and obtained her Oregon license to best serve those we represent. Her background also includes receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in June 2020 from the University of Oregon with Cum Laude Honors where she was on the Dean’s List in the Fall 2016, Fall 2018, Winter 2018, and Spring 2019. Her coursework was Contemporary Media, The Artist Experience, Honors General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, and Instrumental Analysis. She also took a course in real estate during college, having an interest working somewhere within the real estate industry. Born and raised in the Sherwood area, Kristen also offers personal experience as a “local” to better serve our clients and the communities we serve.

When not working, you can find Kristen and her husband Chris at home soaking up their baby girl, Kinsley, born in March of 2024 with their two beautiful Bernese Mountain dogs, Mac and Murphy by their side. Kristen also loves adventuring outdoors, heading to an Oregon Ducks football game, shopping at Home Goods, discovering new destinations in Oregon’s sought after food scene, and spending time with family and friends. Having come to us by high recommendation from friends and clients, we are thrilled to add Kristen’s skillsets, talents and enthusiasm to our team.
