Marketing Manager

Julia works alongside Gardner Team Real Estate owners, Amber and Jason Gardner as the Marketing Manager for the team. Her role embodies her vast artistic and creative abilities, applying them to all aspects of the company from marketing and branding, to being a right hand to the various needs of a bustling real estate office. Her focus aligns with the demands of today’s digital marketing era, while delivering a sense of community that people crave. From capturing and editing real estate listings videos, curiating social media content with visually appealing graphics, creatively coordinating seasonal events, to specialty project management — Julia’s efforts compliment the memorable experience we strive for in the all of the projects she’s apart of. She is a great asset to our team. Those who know what to expect from The Gardner Team will feel well served with Julia quarterbacking several of our marketing endeavors.

Get to know Julia!

An “OG” here at Gardner Team Real Estate, Julia started with us out of our Sherwood real estate office just out of high school. Her original role here began as a Marketing Intern, later evolving into our Creative Assistant. After attending Western Oregon University and earning her Bachelor Degree in Art & Design with a minor and focus in Business, Marketing and Graphic Design, we are thrilled to welcome her back to our Sherwood office as the Marketing Manager, assistant to the The Director of Marketing for Gardner Team Real Estate.

When she’s not working, Julia is raising her two cats Lilac & Louie. She loves being outside in nature, hiking throughout beautiful Oregon, biking, and enjoying be in or around water. Julia also loves a great cup of coffee, and with Barista experience she can make one too! She enjoys thrifting and the thrill of the hunt, curating spaces, interior design and ALL things related to the arts!
